Ceramic Handmade Wheel-Thrown Celadon Green Large Serving bowl and a one-of-a-kind ceramic art piece with carved Lotus flower.
This large serving bowl is a unique and functional piece that can be used for serving foods as well as home decor as an art piece.

I used the Lotus flower in the center of the bowl as a symbol of purity, spiritual enlightenment, and also present human life -as grow the most beautiful flower even when its roots are in the muddy waters.

It is so meaningful, unique, and a wonderful gift for an anniversary, wedding, mother's day, and housewarming.

Taking my Korean background, I have been fascinated by the experimentation of traditional Korean slip work called the Buncheong technique with free hand-carved lines, flowers, bird, fish... and finishing the piece by using a celadon glaze.

All colors and glazes are made in my studio with lead-free, food-safe materials.
They are fired at a high temperature so it is safe to use for dishwashers, microwaves, and Oven.
