Customized Handmade Wheel-Thrown Green Celadon Serving Bowl with Engraved Couple's Name and Dates.
A wonderful and unique wedding or anniversary gift.
Taking my Korean background, I have been fascinated by the experimentation of traditional Korean slip work, free hand-carved letters, and using glazes made with my own recipe.
The process takes five steps to reach the drying stage: hand-throwing on the wheel, trimming the bottom, slip-work, engraving the custom name and date inside the rim and carving the two flying birds of the center. In order to fire in the kiln, the bowl needs to dry thoroughly and will be fired twice. In total, it will take about 4 weeks to ship.
When checking out please provide the following information: two first names and a date (example: Rebecca and Steve, 10.18.2018).
All colors and glazes are lead-free and food-safe.
